01Services

Samyk Automations ("I", "me") designs, builds and deploys custom automation systems — including enquiry and CRM workflows, follow-up automation, appointment systems, AI workflows, chatbots, voice agents, WhatsApp automation and custom integrations. Every project begins with a review of your existing process, and the exact scope of the system — what will be built, integrated and delivered — is agreed with you in writing before work begins.

02Pricing and payment

Project pricing is based on the work involved — the process, integrations and support required — and the final quote is agreed before any work begins.

• A 30% upfront payment is required to reserve the project and begin work.
• The remaining 70% is due once the agreed system is completed and approved, and before final deployment, transfer of access or handover.
• Third-party costs such as software subscriptions, API usage, hosting, messaging or other external services are separate and must be paid by the client.
• Work may be paused if a payment is overdue or if required information, access or approvals are delayed.
• Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted separately before it begins.

Ongoing support, where agreed, covers monitoring, troubleshooting, minor fixes and small adjustments to the delivered system. New features, integrations or major changes are quoted separately.

03Ownership and intellectual property

Once the final payment has been received, the automation systems built specifically for you — including the workflows and configurations delivered as part of the project — are yours to use for your business. I retain the right to reuse general knowledge, techniques and non-client-specific building blocks developed along the way. Third-party platforms, software and services used within your system remain governed by their own terms.

Case studies and portfolio descriptions on this website refer to systems I have built; client-specific information is only shown with permission and never includes private data.

04Liability

Automated systems depend on third-party platforms, APIs and connections that can change or fail. Systems are tested with real scenarios before going live, and support exists to catch and fix issues — but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of services I don't control, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability in a way that the law does not allow.

05Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new projects from its last-updated date onward, and project-specific agreements always take precedence where they differ.
